  Description	Our Inbound/Outbound Representative is responsible for handling calls from our Field Marketing Reps and Consumers, and setting appointments with interested prospects generated from various marketing campaigns. We reward intensity, integrity and results.

Our Field Marketing Reps are a career oriented team of professionals, expertly trained in adaptive principles of marketing in many different environments: • Through direct contact with homeowners • Industry specific events (home/trade shows) • Non-industry specific events While our Field Marketing Reps are not selling our products, success involves the implementation of sales principles into the work. Therefore, we are looking for a very specific type of candidate, and one that is adaptable, smart, and can reach a management level in 6 – 12 months. The successful candidate is extremely articulate, competitive by nature, motivated to succeed and excels in a fast-paced, high energy environment. This entry level Sales/Marketing position requires a tenacious, trainable, charismatic person with an innate business savvy. If you have an interest in Sales, Management, Marketing or Promotions, Reliance provides comprehensive cross training in all of these areas, marketing environments and campaigns.
